Please contact us if you have any issues with products, we can discuss a refund or exchange of any purchase other than Bespoke items.
Refund requests must be sent by email (info@néebylisa.com) within 14 days of purchase, confirming:
- The reason for the return
- Contact details and confirming how you paid (this will be how the refund is issued if applicable)
- If an exchange what alternative is needed?
- Please note - all refunds and exchanges must be on unworn products, in the same state as purchased
- We will respond confirming how to return the item and any other details.
- Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
